There's a small section on how the War years affected the area, then a bit on the industries if the area like fishing, shipping, coal mining and glass manufacture. 👍👍 A great venue! We attended a comedy event as part of God's House Tower latest, and also explored the exhibition on upstairs. The bar is good and they had a food truck outside.

👍👍 My friend brought me here as a treat; ticket to the mining gallery includes visit to the tower and castle too. Beautiful selection of mining themed artwork with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. This is well worth a visit. Check out the magazine too. Shop with postcard prints onsite.
