👍👍 Awesome museum to visit in Alpena. Lots of local, Native American history. Additionally lots of local artist art they have to check out. Finish with visit to the fossil quarry outside and walk to fishing boat and home display then stop by the gift shop. We'll worth the small admission fee!

👍👍 I was blown away by the attention to detail in this Wild West Town, kind of in the middle of nowhere, it is WELL WORTH the time to stop by and explore! I’d love to go back sometime and meet the people who keep this town running. It’s really a hidden gem.

👍👍 What a quaint little stopping spot. Super cool wandering through the train cars and looking at all of the historical information inside the restored depot. We had a nice afternoon at depot days, snack, vendors, rids, food trucks, silent auction, and raffles. Can't wait for the next event.

😐 Not enough advertising to let the public know that there is a flea market every Thursday at Bridgeport historical society and museum, and they close by 5pm when on a weekday most people are just starting to get off work and can't get there until after it's done

👍👍 In spite of showing up almost at closing I was given a guided tour around the property. There is so much history here that I found fascinating.
