They have two asphalt crossing runways that are well-maintained.
very quiet airport.
There is fuel.
and a mom and pops restaurant, which I’ve been told have very reasonable prices and good service.

👍👍 Went for breakfast, which is served 0700-1100. Food is excellent and prices are low. Sauces are particularly good. To me the food seemed more authentic rather than Tex-Mex. Being located at the historic Sun-n-Pines is an added bonus.

👍 Great atmosphere. Almost always a full house. Great DJ for karaoke and he knows how to operate the soundboard too! The bartenders know how to mix drinks and Don and Eunice (the owners) keep a lid on the drama. Great place to let your hair down.

👍👍 I have stayed here while my house got remodeled and the park is clean, friendly, and quiet. The staff is great. Tim keeps the park up looking great. I went through a few different parks before I got to this one, and this one is the best.
