👍👍 Great experience, Lisa the manager is wonderful to work with. We moved in this weekend and are so happy so far! The neighbors are great, too. Love the location and the updates the new owners have done to the entire place. Can't wait for summers by the pool.

👍👍 My family and I lived in these apartments for over 4 years. The staff was AWESOME. If we needed anything they didn't hesitate you assist us immediately. The apartments are very clean, well as clean as you kept them. No bugs, roaches, or rats! I was very pleased with Southwind.

🫤 *Edit*Keep raising rent yearly for no improvements to the rooms. Management never replies. Maintenance attempts to fix issues, last for maybe a month then happens again. Management is never in the office when they say they are. Maintenance lies. DO NOT RENT HERE!
