😠 We are from out of town, even our car is not a Florida license plate. We completely understand parking in a lot designated for a specific place but only afterwards we found a tiny sign that gave warning. We were towed in less than a hour. They apparently watch and wait for people to leave the area....

😠 I was in my first real accident, and the police dispatched this location to come pick up my car. The lady at the front desk (Aida) was unfriendly and condescending. She moved like molasses and kept trying to project this boss persona which was not appreciated. I asked Aida for a copy of the receipt...
