😠 Made an appointment, checked in early - waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and was never acknowledged. Had to leave for another appointment. Waiting room is small, crowded, dirty and non-ventilated.

😠 Worst place ever. Took over 4 hours just to get drug test done. Absolutely unprofessional staff with no management experience whatsoever. People have been waiting here for over 5-6 currently. You're better off going to a LabCorp.
