👍👍 The Library Parking structure closes at Midnight and reopens at 5am-- lots of the local bar folks get stuck here for a while 'til the morning because they didn't read the sign-- I work at the Heathman Hotel and there are regularly people coming looking for a room because they are trapped until 5am....
