👍👍 Last week right about sunset I was walking around Avondale Lake and spotted a river otter on the bank. I have lived in this area for 20 years and have never even heard of an otter being this close to the city. Now, every evening I am out I drive around the lake looking.

👍👍 Lovely big, grassy park. The athletic areas are neatly fenced off and the area is clean of all trash. There's 2 playgrounds on either side, and lots of trees next to a little creek. Would be a great area for a picnic.
