😠 Longest waiting times to get a lift on or lift off. They pretty much load whoever they want, no structure whatsoever. 2 hours get in and out is not uncommon. I'm rejecting loads from this place from now on.

😠 Does NS know that we are jeopardizing our safety and others while we look for a box. They did get new spotter trucks but still they can’t update locations. Maybe they are waiting on an accident or something worse to figure it out. Ps I give the staff 4 stars because I dealt with them a few times .
