😠 Don’t sign up for a yearly membership do monthly. Management is inflexible in working with you and not willing to cancel even with an injury and note saying you could no longer perform the workouts. I had to pay for over 6 months for a service I couldn’t use.

And of course the facility also had helped me rescheduling classes in the 8 hour window when I’m stuck in any last minute meetings or errands...
