🫤 They need to have training in social skills like dealing with inquires especially over the phone. They are a pass the buck when answering place. And even yelling over each other when on the phone. These professional behavior skills are very important to client perception and theirs are very bad.

😠 Extremely unprofessional staff you are treated as a number. Lost records due to inability for staff to preform day to day task. Egregious attitudes from employees that dont want to be there. Avoid this place like the plague.
