👍👍 Love the new management here. It actually feels family friendly now! Doing a great job on taking care of the park and making upgrades. Always pleasant to deal with. Very happy to live here now!

🫤 Lived here for 8 years, would never go back. It's kept up fairly well but the lot rent is outrageous - hundreds of dollars more a month than other parks. Might as well buy a real house for what you pay here. Complaints are ignored, park covered repairs are left undone for months, out of state own...

😠 roads are horrible, we call it pot hole city, water is always off cuz of water leaks and the yearly lot rent increases are ridiculous for conditions of this park..we have the highest lot rent out here in this area and no updates have been done to at least show what the extra is going towards..id be...
