Helotes Ziplines
Tourist attraction
ππ Wonderful experience, this was on my bucket list, I could not have asked for better guides than Jerry and Rod.
Safety was the top priority with having fun right there with it.
Both made the experience of a couple of newbies (adult daughter with me) using humor and quite frankly patience unforgettab...

Hindu Temple of San Antonio
Hindu temple
ππ Nice Hindu Temple located on a hillock near Bandera road. The road splitting from main road towards temple is short steep. Drive cautiously while at night. Parking is very wide.
Temple is calm and peaceful. We can also do pradhakshana after darshan.
Have a nice darshan

The Cajun Coffee Shack
Coffee shop
ππ This is the best coffee on Potranco! I'm a Starbucks JUNKIE and I seriously LOVE this coffee. I'm not really sure if it's chicory coffee (that's what my dad and grandparents drink - they're Cajun, straight from Louisiana, French as their first language and all), but it's delicious either way! There'...

Green Lake RV Resort
RV park
π Nice RV park south of San Antonio. We would stay again short term overnight. I would estimate 90% full-time residents. The managers do run a tight ship. Some residents are pretty old but overall no issues EXCEPT for the horrible sewer smell Sunday morning upon leaving. The entire park smelled so not...

π«€ This gym has everything you could possibly need...but...It is always packed. There is never a good time to be here. Even when it's closed and only people with 24 hour access can get in, it's unbelievably packed. And even if it wasn't, even if there were only 2 other people in this gym with you, thos...

ππ A great place to have dinner and listen to live music. Food is great. Atmosphere is nice. Walk around and see the old gas pumps and the cows in the pasture out back. Kids can run and play. Good place for all ages.
