👍👍 I needed a quick turnaround for a CT scan for a knee surgery just days later. They were able to squeeze me in as a last minute patient without a single hitch. Everything went as well as it could have to ensure my surgery could take place. Thanks for being super flexible!

😠 Tiffany was rude, unprofessional and extremely loud to an obnoxious level and I could hear her yelling while I was getting x-rayed. Very little if any compassion or understanding from the X-ray staff.

😠 Was sent to collections for a bill that I never received. They have multiple ways of contacting me and I would have happily paid the $29 if they could have just bothered to reach out. Extremely poor customer service and seems to be typical of the Banner system.
