😠 They are extremely slow with authorization of referrals. If you have to have that for your insurance then don’t use Palm Medical. Otherwise the front desk folks at the High Springs office are great, especially Justin and Ashley!

👍👍 Awesome visit today, provider Beth and student showed care and concern about my health as she always do. And, made sure I had my meds before leaving. I was very comfortable with my treatment today.

😠 The worst place ever. When you call to get a refill on your medicine they say it takes 24 to 48 hours. What doctor's office makes a patient wait that long. It's so ridiculous. I would never recommend this place to nobody. I have never been anywhere and they make you wait this long.
