Holiday Inn Express Starke, an IHG Hotel

🫤 Overall a really nice hotel for the area. IHG hotels are on my reliable list. However, paying $300 for one night, and my room to not be stocked with towels and toilet paper was off-putting. The staff responded quickly to fix the issue though.
