🫤 Very Overpriced for the amenities and lack of upkeep in general. The gates been broken 90% of the 3 years ive lived here and still is currently. Trash compactor broke 3 weeks ago and is still not fixed and sadly has made the massive racoon infestation worse tenfold. PURE LUXERY
