👍 If you like bird watching and photography, you'll enjoy this nice little park near Alvin. Resoft park features covered pavilions, a lake with piers, walking trails and a large play ground for kids. There were a lot of birds nesting in the center islands of the lake. Hope the photos speak for them...

👍👍 As a family we have been to several State and County Parks. This is far the best park to camp or to spend the day in. The staff are awesome!!! They are very helpful, sweet and goes above and beyond to make you feel like home. I recommend this paradise 💯.

👍👍 This is an excellent Beach. The seventy-two hour camping option is perfect. Free sites, just park along the dunes. I was a little nervous as high tide approached, but the area where we where parked was fine. The waves stopped just below us. I love that you can still have campfire here.

👍👍 Small trail, well kept, with signs describing the habitat found in these dunes. There are parking spaces by the entrance of the trail, but no car access to the beach at this point. Peaceful spot, good to relax, walk, look for shells, since not many people come to stay in this part of the beach.

👍👍 This is our go to Houston area beach! No shops, restaurants, or bathrooms at this location, just beach! It is free to enter, drive down the sandy beach taking in the beautiful view until you find a good spot to stop and enjoy the ocean!
