They have all th equipment you might possibly need, for power lifting, crossfit, aerobics, pilates, stretching, boxing anything! The stuff is wonderful, showers and mirrors are always clean....

👍👍 Sarah, the owner has outstanding customer service, bubbly, great atmosphere and great shakes with lots of flavors to choose from so could have different flavor every time go if choose.
