👍👍 First time going to this gym yes it brand new sunday evening only one staff member very kind and welcoming,can see they are trained very well. Looking forward to coming back this week.If I could rate it out of 10 it would be a 10

👍👍 They have been super accommodating with our needs as we have just begun tanning for a tropical vacation. Great service and a wide selection of lotions. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Feel very comfortable with Lanai.

😠 They will NOT answer their phones! I have called several times per day over the last week. I’m trying to cancel a membership and hope they don’t keep trying to charge me like they did to other reviewers.
This store went downhill fast. The store MANGER has walked away from me trying to approach her....
