😠 dont drop your pet off for an appointment here. i received my cat back soaked in her own pee after 8 1/2 hours (finally i had to call to ask when i could pick her back up and they said they were “waiting to ask me a question” despite never calling me). vet was also rude.

👍👍 I had to try a new place to get my cats groomed, and I highly recommend the paw spa. Dee is so nice and communicates well, so I felt at ease and comfortable dropping off my babies. I have found our new place!
