😠 My hair came out nice, HOWEVER, Layali came a hour late because she forgot about our appointment. They wet the back of my shirt and got bleach on it and had to blow dry it before I left. Also, they reuse towels on clients without washing them, they dry them and spray air freshener on them🤢
