Rock House
Hiking area
👍👍 This place was absolutely amazing. The hike isn't too hard so any age can do it. Getting inside the Rock House is also very easy but don't drag your feet. The very end of the trail does go up a slightly steep hill so save some energy for that.

Ravens Roost Overlook
Scenic spot
👍👍 One of my favorite spots for my clients with all of the stunning views, minus the hike. Highly recommend this overlook for the best sunset views, picnics, and more. It can get pretty packed in there most days when there’s beautiful weather, but there’s a trail off to the side that leads down the fro...

Kokosing Gap Trail
Park
👍👍 This is a great trail to walk or ride your bike. I travel all the way from Columbus because this is my favorite trail to ride my bike 25-40 miles. There is a tree canopy for most of the trail so you don’t have to worry much about getting too hot or getting too much sun. The initial ride is along the...

Bearfence Mountain
Park
👍👍 This is a great hike with amazing views. The trail is only one mile total and can be completed in under an hour (not including breaks and time for taking pictures). As a word of warning, half of the loop involves rock scrambling and you should be prepared as well as physically fit enough to do it. F...
