🫤 Just called this guy for a quote on some print work. First, he answers simply, "hello." Uh, is this a business or what? No "thank you for calling VP Custom, how may I assist you?" I have to ask if this is VP Custom. He says yes. I then proceed to tell him that I need a quote for some tees. Silence....
