👍👍 El Dorado Hills Crossfit is a great gym. The coaches are consistent, knowledgeable and constructive. The gym has a friendly atmosphere and even when the workout is tough the people there always make it enjoyable. At 43 I’m the fittest I’ve ever been. Highly recommend!

🫤 They cannot keep the gym clean nor keep wipes stocked. There are 5 or so rude members who go in and drop towels on five or six machines each, so all i can do is watch them work out. Staff ignored feedback and issues.
