👍👍 I joined 3 weeks ago and have been having a blast! The staff at the front desk are really friendly. The coaches are on point and ready to motivate you to do your best. It’s a great workout!

👍👍 The Rocklin location has a great team, is super clean and play great music. All of the coaches are super enthusiastic, encouraging, provide a fun atmosphere and a killer work out. I absolutely hate running but the 20 min fly by in these classes.

👍👍 Very fun and a lot easier than I expected. After 15 min I was sticking it every time almost, after an hour I could hit the center. Takes a small bit of strength. The staff are great, fun and have a sense of humor. Great thing to do with friends. We will go back

👍 My daughter (8) and sister (6) learned to fly after about 10 flights. For around $100 you can do 4 flights for 1 min each or two flights for 2 min each.
