👍👍 Customer service seems to be a dying art. Not so at Fort Myers TREK. Thanks to the whole team. Bought a used bike, had to have it fast. All 4 people working either checked up on me, assisted with my purchase or helped with info. Kudos to Bret and team

Mike, owner, I met today is a great guy, very knowledgeable about biking and the area... Stop in check out the bikes and grab a cup of coffe...

😠 "Owner" screwed my friends and family out of a good time. Will never visit this location again. Website says they accept press pass tickets but owner has supposedly never heard of them. Made us drive our surrey carts all the way back to our first location and walk the mile back to the water rentals...
