👍👍 Dr. Chouake has been my PCP for about 6 years. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. He has helped me manage my migraines and any other problems I would have. Plus his office is a walk-in facility with radiology on site! The wait can be a bit long at times but definitely worth it.
