😠 Very rude Conductor Howard Sanders - I reported him to Corporate. Consistently late trains. Slow outdated Crescent train. . Terrible luggage collection process. I also caught one of the train staff smoking in the baggage car. He proceeded to cover the window to the baggage car with a towel.
