American Tobacco Trail
Park
👍👍 Great trail for walking, running, or riding bikes. Parts of it are half paved and half gravel... Other places it is all gravel. I went for a long run after the last snow and it was beautiful woods covered in snow. Trail was mushy and wet or had compacted snow in a few places, which didn't stop me or...

Tryon Road Greenway

👍👍 I love this greenway! I walk it every morning with my dog. She has plenty to look at and sniff, and I have a clear path to walk. It’s a win win! There are many animals to spot, I’ve even seen otters. Overall, it’s a nice walk. There is a busy road nearby, but the walk winds in and out of trees and...

American Tobacco Trail - New Hope Church Trailhead Park
Park
😐 I was invited here for a picnic birthday party. Be warned if you have young children, there is not a shred of children's play equipment here. Just a shelter and a half, a bathroom, disc golf, and the tobacco trail. You may want to bring a ball or something for your children. Bathroom was decent.

👍👍 I have visited here a couple of times. While it is a small park, there are some interesting things here. The large willow structure for instance as well as the "Pump Track". Rather than try to describe them I have included pictures of them as well as the signs that are posted about them.
