👍👍 Awesome stairs to get that heart rate up, with a pretty easy trail down. This route seemed recommended by the sign. I had to stop several times to make it to the top of the 200 steps! Very fun though!

👍👍 I drop in to CrossFit Loop whenever I am in the area. The coaches are always welcoming. They find a good balance between pushing people to challenge themselves with scaling movements or load to meet people where they are at. I highly recommend CrossFit Loop.
