😠 Do not ever rent from this company. They steal your money. Overcharge you. And never respond. Tim and Peggy are awful people. Peggy will not tell Tim when people call or she will and he will ignore it. He may dress nice in a suit when you look at the place but I promise you he is a SLUMLORD.

😠 I had the worst experience with Rent Cedar Valley. They took 2 month to fix my dishwasher. They only have 1 maintenance person for 3 or more of their buildings. They increased my rent by $150 and was not reachable when I wanted to talk to them about it. Overall, you should look elsewhere for rentals...
