😠 Not a safe place to park for the night and the price does NOT reflect this. The neighborhood is full of barbed wire fences and barred windows. There is no security gate or cameras. Lots of very low incoming housing with lots of these in poor condition. Weeds are everywhere and the park is not taken...

😐 Homeless people keep sleeping in the bathrooms ad destroying them. Maybe put up signs to tell people to lock the doors before they leave.
