😠 They proudly AND REPEATEDLY trash the Cuyahoga River with balloons that WILL NOT biodegrade. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? I love small, family owned businesses & want to support them in my community, but I can not support any organization that doesn't value a high quality of plant, animal, & human life.
