😠 I’ve never been to a more disrespectful place in my life! The nurse or whatever she is in the back is the most disrespectful person ever! The short haired old lady in the back is nothing but a pure b**ch and makes you feel stupid when asking questions!

😐 I've used CVPA for years now. I'm pleased with my Dr. I just dislike the phone system, I can never get thru without having to hold at least 15 mins , at the least...it's very aggravating. The Clinic needs an Operator for answering the phone only.
