😐 Space rent is high for what you get. Management has changed and Jenelle is great, always ready to help. She is ready to listen and takes suggestions which she passes onto management.

😐 My mom lives there the space fee she pays is on the high end given the fact that they don't have much to speak of in amenities & there is no actual gates in Gates of Spain. No security guard. The pool & spa are old & need an update badly
