👍👍 My 14 years old son is loving coming to learn how to boxing here since August this year The owner his trainer is very professional as well as his staff . We are gladly driving 4 times a week from Gaston SC We very pleased with the training services we receiving so far.

👍👍 I totally love this place! Fluidity gym is the best place to learn boxing skills. Paul will take you through leg work, balance and eye/hand coordination, as well as punching. He is a champion and teaches champion skills. Great place for any age.

🫤 Both trainers are very nice and the workout is good. But if you need to cancel for any reason make sure you are not a day late.
