😐 Doctors and nurses are very friendly and always make you feel comfortable. However, the check-in receptionist is ALWAYS rude and unwelcoming. She rolled her eyes as I was speaking to her which is very unprofessional. She could use some personal training in customer service skills and learn to smile.
