😠 I wish I could give 0 stars. I went here back in November for routine bloodwork. I didn't catch my phlebotomists name; she was pleasant enough to speak with but I have never had such a painful blood draw. She must have hit a nerve in my elbow which sent an awful pain down to my wrist (near my thumb)...
