😠 THEY GAVE A KEY TO OUR ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE.
They gave a key to someone else and told them to go to our room. A poor lady walked into our hotel WHILE MY WIFE WAS NAKED.
They also didn’t clean the room — at least not well. There was goop on the counter. Stuff in the fridge.
