👍👍 The Bridal Veil Falls are very scenic and beautiful. You can see them from the main highway on a nice observation deck, and if you're adventurous you can climb down the rocks, cross the stream, and hike right up to the falls.

👍👍 Fantastic hike near Spearfish. Consistent altitude gain on an easy to navigate trail. Very nice unobstructed views at the top. A satisfying climb. Start before noon to have some shade.

👍👍 Big Ice spikes or crampons in winter! Do not take this short hike lightly. It is solid ice for part of the trail and nothing to stop you if you fall. Yes very beautiful, but very dangerous without the right gear. Hike can also be different on a warm day with melting snow. Enjoy safely.
