👍 Under new ownership. No longer an Assisted Living/ retirement center but a nice apt complex with villas as well. The new owners are in the midst of transforming the property, updating the Apts and creating a " healthy" living community by adding a gym, walking trails and upgrading the pool area.

😠 I moved in December 2022. I GAVE ADVANCE PAYMENTS WHEN I WAS TO MAKE MY JANUARY PAYMENT IT TOLD ME THAT I HAD A CREDIT OF $650 AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO MAKE MY PAYMENT.
