😠 The bald guy at the front desk is very rude & unnecessarily aggressive! He proceeded to speak to me in a disrespectful, aggressive tone & even came from behind the desk to walk towards me while yelling. All because me & my brother wanted to look inside the gym (from the lobby, not entering the gym)...

😐 I have been a member at hype since 2018 and the biggest reason I go here is for the women's only gym. I am glad to see that over the years they have made great upgrades to the gym however I wish the lockerroom space was bigger and there are showers, it'd be so great and convenient to be able to come...
