😠 I don’t know what happened to customer service but most of the people working the drive thru at Top Donut in Dracut don’t even make simple eye contact let alone saying hello, thank you, have a good day. ZERO engagement whatsoever!

👍 Super friendly staff and about as quick as you can get for fresh, piping hot and delicious breakfast sandwiches. I barely had a chance to put my card away and snap some pics before my coffee was ready! Friendly courteous staff too. New fav. am stop on my way in to work!
