πŸ‘πŸ‘ This was THE BEST thing we did in Dubuque. The cutest finest little funicular - we rode it twice in a row it was so fun ($4 round trip!!). The view from above is lovely, but the value is in the ride. Read up on the history - including about the historical turnstiles upstairs!
