😠 My stylist has been 10-15 minutes late for my last 4 appointments or so. I showed up 8 minutes late today and was rudely informed she had left for the day.

👍 Super nice spot to very a hair cut. The prices are a bit high but there is great service. The shampooing and hot towel experience is amazing and one of the main reasons I choose to go to any sports clips. Shout out to Rachel, very friendly and knows how to do a mean fade!

😠 Not at all happy. Length is ok. Left me with some to style. Didn't offer me a style, just been cutting male hair all day and I would say cut mine the same as her last cut. Disappointing when the last stylists wasn't there anymore. She cared what I thought and offered suggestions.

👍👍 I took my autistic son to get a cut. He wouldn't sit still. His stylist let him walk, dance, and lay across her lap while she gave him a trim. I really appreciate her patience with my son.

😠 I have shoulder length hair but my hair is shaved underneath, I wanted a LITTLE higher than my ears. One side is shaved higher up than the other and the back is shaved almost to the top of my head. I'm not happy!
