👍👍 Sadly I don't think a lot of people even know this memorial is here. I was cycling past when I stopped to look at the view and read the plaque. Amelia was the first person to fly solo from Hawaii to the US mainland in 1935 - quite an achievement. There is parking and a great view along the coast...
