😠 Some of the worst customer service ever. Older women at the window speaks in very condescending manor. Before leaving I apologized for wasting her time and she just said yeah no problem. I’m sorry if you dislike your job but do not take it out on customers.

👍👍 Jenner was very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly. Prospect Heights Post Office is the best in the area. I live in Mt. Prospect but I get much better service in Prospect Heights. Lines move much faster. Matthew is also very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly.
