π I went there thinking - due to its name - that I could get down by the river... but it's a park that is way above the river and you look down at it. It was very nice, but not what I expected, or what the name seems to imply. Very nice and clean, well kept. Only a couple tables to sit at.

Early evening has not been a good time to go seems to always have a bunch of teenagers taking over the park swearing and just doing teenager stuff , just hard for the little ones to play around the bigger teenagers
