👍👍 Absolutely gorgeous park 😍 love how clean and beautiful it is. The best park in town to me honestly. I love the trails, and the recreation center. Walking trails, playground, swimming, gym, tennis and basketball court 😍😍😍 I just love it.

👍 I was at Crater Park to camp during NCTrail Days in Elkin. It's primitive camping and it's free. Just make sure you go to the website and sign up. Really close to the Heritage Center where there are showers. Bathrooms are near by but check that they're open.

👍👍 Beautiful large fenced in dog park! Has both small and large dog areas on level ground for us older folks and with adequate parking within several feet! My Rose's newest favorite spot!
